Who pays for delivery costs?

The Buyer pays the delivery costs on items. This is added separately when you upload an item to the website.

However, if you wish to add an incentive to the buyer to purchases your item, you can choose to pay the delivery costs yourself – make sure you select the correct drop down option when you upload your item to the online form.

How do I find out more about a piece of Artwork?

You can find out more about a piece of Art that is for sale, by simply contacting the Seller – There is an ‘Ask a Question’ tab under the item you wish to inquire about. The Seller then receives an email notification.

Can I amend my Selling Price?

Yes! If you wish to Reduce or Increase your selling price, you are responsible for amending it on the website. All sales agreed, are final and prices cannot be amended once an item is sold.

How much does it cost?

We charge a commission of 20%, only when your art is sold.

The purchaser pays into our PayPal account and the money stays there for up to 14 working days to ensure they receive the goods. once the Buyer receives the item, the money is then released to the seller less the commission.

You can list as many pieces to the website as you wish – All we ask is that each piece is listed separately.

From time to time, ThePlace4Art may do promotions and reduced selling fees – anyone registered with the website will receive an email and promotional code to be entered at the Checkout
